Pastor Wainscott was called as the Pastor of Victory Baptist Church in March of 2025. He has served the Lord in the ministry full-time since graduating Bible College in May of 2002. Prior to moving to Florida, he served as a Senior Pastor for 14 years in the state of Iowa. Prior to that he was an Associate Pastor for 5 1/2 years in the state of Arkansas. Before that he served as a Youth Pastor for 2 1/2 years in his home state of Texas. Pastor Wainscott lives with a passion to share the truth of God's Word, not shunning to declare the whole counsel of God's Word. 

He and his wife Natasha met in college and were married in June of 2001. They have been blessed with five children; Kambridge, Corinne, Knox, Coraline, and Kohlman.
